The crew is getting ready to go trick or treating (Avery was Mr. Skeleton, Christian was the Red Power Ranger and Brielle was a Princess). Brielle fell asleep while we were going door to door (She went from being a Princess to Sleeping Beauty in a matter of minutes).
Sleeping Beauty awakens!!
Sleepy Brielle - Brielle is basking in the slumber of a sound sleep. We like to spend time looking at her when she is asleep.
Attentive Brielle - She enjoys playing with her toys, taking in her surroundings, and talking to her parents.
Feeding Brielle - OOPS!! We can't show you the other life because I don't think Mommy would appreciate being seen like that on the blog!?
Christian is getting ready to open his presents as Avery and Brielle watch with anticipation!
Kerri and I had everything ready for when Christian got up in the morning. He (and his brother) were surprised by the decorations.
Here is Christian in his Red Power Ranger costume (it was a present but will also double as Halloween apparel). He could not wait to get it on and give it a test run.
Daddy is helping Christian get his costume off. Kerri thinks he looks like a race car driver or motocross racer in this outfit - maybe this is foreshadowing?
Here is the birthday boy with his Power Ranger cake! It is hard to believe he is four already.
Avery is wondering where all the cereal went!!
Christian is throughly enjoying his apple - "Very Tasty - Daddy"
The boys are focused on watching a dinosaur video while catching up on their liquid retention (hence the water pouches).
Baby Brielle is enjoying having a conversation with her dad about how her day has gone. Given her expression - it probably was a great day!
Big brother Avery is enjoying the company of his sister. This is a daily event for him - he just loves Brielle!!
Christian is field testing the springs in the furniture as he pretends to be a Red Power Ranger (his favorite Power Ranger - check out the shirt). Oh by the way, the furniture also becomes a race track (notice the cars in his hands).
Avery is pointing out one of his favorite dinosaurs from the project wall in the house. He likes to read and talk about dinosaurs. I am a bit surprised he is not pointing to the T-Rex below his arm. He comments frequently about how and what the T-Rex is eating in that particular picture.
The boys are on their way to soccer practice with Brielle in tow. Avery really enjoys his sister and entertains her frequently.
Christian is giving Brielle a tour of the soccer field while big brother, Avery, is practicing.

Let us not forget Avery, who even in the summer time, is being an avid learner. We have been working with him so he is prepared for first grade in September. I think he is more excited about wearing his "Big Brother" shirt than doing his work.
